🦇 Ford C Max Radio Display Not Working
Simple reset: press and hold simultaneously the power button and the seek-further button (arrows showing to the right) for about 7-8 seconds till the screen turns off. Then release the buttons simultaneously and the screen will restart. Harder reset: locate the battery in your Transit and disconnect it for 10-15 minutes.
This display receives power and ground and transfers signals over the LVDS cable (defined below). It is important to note that a SYNC 3 FDIM is NOT connected to a CAN network. Find your phone’s Bluetooth menu > tap Off > tap On. On SYNC, turn Bluetooth Off, then On. Press the Phone button > scroll to System Settings > Press OK > scroll to Bluetooth Devices > Press OK > select Off > select On. If this does not work, continue to steps 3 and 4. Manually connect SYNC with the phone.
Tried InCarTec Autoleads 24-220 'Aux-in to Ford Radio' adaptor lead. This consists of a white 12-pin connector that fits into the unused 'C connector' on the Quadlock. It connects pins 5,6 and 11 to 2 RCA sockets. Result: Unable to connect. Pressing CDDJ button produces "No CDDJ" on radio display for a couple of seconds, before reverting to Radio.
Not sure if there are some memory links in the system, or the system doesn't do a good job of clearing it's cache; either way, the system seems to be running quicker than it did prior to the reset. I suspect doing the master reset, though a pain since you lose your settings, will help the Sync system run better. Quote.

Posted March 26, 2018 Could you pls help me? I am driving a Grand C-Max and now it has this problem with the information and entertainment display. When I turn it on, by default I can listen to the radio. However, all the other buttons do not work, including the clock, CD, bluetooth, everything.
