🪆 Garmin Fenix 6X Heart Rate Not Working
Just looking at my numbers, it seems like the majority of my runs are squarely in Zone 5. Which seems like a bit of a stretch to me. I tend to push myself with every run, but I'm not all out sprinting, it's a sustained effort throughout a 4 mile run. hausii over 1 year ago. My Fenix 6 Pro is constantly overestimating my resting heart rate. I don't wear my watch during sleep and I understand that it will take the lowest reading when you do not move. But since a few weeks it got way worse. I'm using a Garmin Fenix 6 Sapphire, and when measuring Tennis activity the HR is incorrect. I can't believe that this problem was still not fixed. If I select Cardio as the activity, the HR of the same activity is considerably higher (30-40).

After the 15.20 firmware upgrade thru the Garmin Express on my Fenix 6X, the GPS stopped working. I did multiple resets, even hard reset to default, GPS version still show 0.00. Tried to manually update the GPS version to 5.00 by copying "006B310701.GCD" into \GARMIN\REMOTESW folder but did not work.
